Today, my aunt Lucy asked my mum and me to review her children's book, Amy's Cookies. I read the story to Joseph first and then my mum and I went through each page and told Lucy of some changes we thought she could make. Then we made the cookies from the book, they were delicious! 

In the morning, we did some schoolwork. In the afternoon, Joseph did a Joe Wicks workout on youtube, while I did some Phoenix dance class. Most importantly, today was my Grandad's 71st birthday! We didn't get to see him but we bought him a Kindle so that he can read lots of books while he's stuck at home during the shutdown.

Today my mum put on Cosmic Kids Yoga for Joseph in the morning while I did some schoolwork. Then we did some reading and Lego.  And later, we watched a story online that our friend Ellie's dad published. 

This morning we took a walk around a park with a fallen tree. Today was Pizza Friday, my family is vegan so we had homemade vegan pizza.  It was a beautiful sunset so we looked out at that before going to bed. 

Today my mum went to Dublin to pick up my granny and grandad from the airport so Daddy was in charge. Granny and Grandad had to be very careful travelling home from Tenerife. We did not want them to catch the virus!

Today the weather was nice so we went to Inverin Beach. We had the whole beach to ourselves.

Today was St.Patrick's day. In the morning we watched Mo Willems draw and even read some of the books he wrote. Then my mom found out that a parade in cars was coming down the road in a hour. We paused Mo Willems and quickly started making window decorations. I started making a big St.Patrick's cake. My dad had to stop working for a little while to help us. We just made it in time. We waved as all the cars drove by. That night we played twister and after we went to bed. THE END!!!😀😀😀🐷🐷🐷!!!

We basically watched tv all day. It was because of the rain. But we did make a little soup.

Today I went to the bog with my mum, my brother Joseph and my dog Zoe. We went on a  really really long walk (2.5hrs) and I was so tired and also needed to go to the bathroom. We got to a mountain and had a picnic while the dog had a little run around. For the picnic we had cookies my dad made. I found a rock that was great for sunbathing and sunbathed for a little bit. Then we had to go. And on the way back to the car our cousins were driving in their car and stopped to chat to us. Then we had to go back to the car, we waved to them as they drove off. Then we walked to the car and drove back to the house. Then we watched a little tv, did some yoga and relaxed.

After school today, we went looking for my mum's friend's dog, Riley! She got lost in a really big wood (Roscahill Woods) while she was having a walk, and ran away. Her owner, Karen was so worried. We walked around the area where she ran away and found a fort, we got together inside the fort and made a wish for Riley to return. After an hour, someone left a voicemail on Karen's phone saying they saw Riley on the other side of the wood! We had to go then and Karen had to go as well to see if Riley was still on the other side of the wood. We went home and watched some tv for a little bit. Then, after a while, my mum and I went on a girls' date! First, we went to Seapoint and on one of the games I got so many tickets! I played a few games and then when I was about to play another game my mum wanted to show me something on her phone. It was a picture of Karen holding Riley!! It turns out that Riley was found exactly where we made the wish - at the fort!  I was so happy ...
